Wouldn't use it for serious training.

I like the feel and use but unfortunately I broke two of them. Both times the tape slipped out of the metal connector. If you sweat a lot when you exercise, this band also smells like funk. I'm sure it would be fine for everyday use.

Pros

▶ Made from recycled materials, the polyester threads in each band are interlaced with nylon threads using state-of-the-art braiding machines. The construction is soft to the touch, skin-friendly, durable, breathable and lightweight.
