2 circuit boards (B and C in the manual) are completely damaged. Each panel was supposed to come pre-assembled with 2 metal bars from the factory, but the delivery we received only had one side attached. The remaining 2 metal bars were just packed next to each other, not fastened. And when we looked closely, it turned out that whoever had pre-drilled the holes where these 2 rods were going to have completely screwed up the job and just tossed the rods in the package. Note that the screws on these two bars are pretty clean, so they definitely didn't fall off during shipping. In fact, we got a big pile of junk by spending hundreds of dollars. And we are only now realizing that many have already complained about it.
