You thought a lot before you bought this DVR mirror. Setup was easy, I love that I can center the front camera separately rather than attaching it to the mirror assembly. The screen takes some time to get used to, as your eyes should be focused on the image, not the object in the mirror behind you. Initially I had a headache trying to focus from the road to the mirror and back. The kit has everything you need. I just wish I had a hard 12v wiring harness and not just a 12v cigarette lighter socket. This wire should hang around the car while the rest is hidden/hidden. I've found that the camera image has the wrong color/brightness setting in certain scenarios, but that's nothing serious. I love that you can have the time/date on the screen but their big logo is stuck on it which is a bit annoying so I turned it off. It looks pretty good and looks almost factory like, except the power supply they put in doesn't really let you hit it. I'll do something else, I can connect to a power source somewhere else so I can hide the wires. Overall a great mirror set for the camera, the main thing is that I bought a separate front camera. Easy to use and when you have it in your cart, just order it, you won't regret it.
