Very nice PU case without leather. Revain's ad says it fits 14.5-inch to 15.5-inch wheels. But when you get it in the mail (shipping packaging was great, it was in a huge box, not folded), the box insert says 14.5 by 15. So there is skepticism as to whether I got the right product or not. The cardboard insert isn't the same as on the Revain site, but that's good news. It fits my '99 F250 Super Duty Truck with a 15.5 wheel and looks amazing. It takes some work to put on, but being polyurethane and not leather it has a stretch factor. But when you try to adjust it for the first time, you might be afraid to stretch it as much as necessary. However, it stretched 85 degrees with enough agility it might have been easier to wait another 100 days in California, but there was no desire to wait. In terms of finish, the inner rubber pad of the case is black instead of white like some other cases, allowing it to sit snugly on the handlebars. Aligning the Ford logo to center is not an easy task, but changing the position until it is fully installed is fairly easy. I gradually worked the edge to go all the way around the wheel, stretching as I went. The stitches feel tight once installed and the thread didn't pull out when I stretched it. So four stars because the ad was a little embarrassing, but five stars for the quality and looks.
