Does not fit 2018 F-150 handlebar at all. Don't trust anyone who tells you otherwise. Even using a heat gun on both the handlebars and the lid doesn't work. It rips the stitching and rubber even before you put it on the bike. I recommend buying a suitcase that fits 15.5" to 16" wheels rather than one that fits 14.5" to 15.5" wheels.

I've had this cover on my 2017 F-150 for 16 months and am currently looking for a replacement. At first everything was fine, although it was very difficult to put on. I don't think this was made for a large handlebar which would explain the popping and tearing in that area but the logos are a bit faded and look awful. I'm giving it 2 stars because it did what it was designed to do for a year, but I've had other finishes over the years of owning the car.

For the F-150 truck, installation requires some effort and patience. It's very, very tight. Once you attach it, it snaps securely into place. This is a really good article. Very nice PU case without leather. Revain's ad says it fits 14.5-inch to 15.5-inch wheels. But when you get it in the mail (shipping packaging was great, it was in a huge box, not folded), the box insert says 14.5 by 15. So there is skepticism as to whether I got the right product or not.
