The company has never before invested in an IP phone. Only went with it because it was cheap. Thankfully, a different business later selected to manufacture all of the other phones, and they all function perfectly. Twice during GXP1610 operation, for no apparent reason, the configuration was deleted. In addition, the firmware failed the last time there was a blackout. The instructions for restoring failed. No one in the area will accept our repairs. The company's sole representative office is in Hong Kong, and it is unresponsive to inquiries. This is the last time I make a purchase from this provider.
