Seemed like a great chair until it broke
The chair is relatively comfortable, and the lumbar support is aggressive - there are no complaints, it forces you to adopt the correct posture. My problem is that the lumbar support broke no later than 2 weeks after purchasing the product. And started to squeak disgustingly. I'm 5'9 and 180 pounds - shouldn't be a problem. To be honest this was my main concern when I first bought the product, shame it ended up happening. But fast delivery from the seller. It would have been rated better if it hadn't broken after minimal use.
