first of all you get what you pay for! I was very confused at first when putting it together. The images they give you both in the instructions you receive and on the website are extremely small and useless. I had a really hard time figuring out which little gray piece went where, but after looking at the reviews of this product I got the hang of it. I ordered two of these, so I made myself comfortable with the second one. Once I figured out where the little plastic pieces went, the rest was easy. Overall I think I recommend this product for temporary use. I don't think it will last very long due to the cheap quality of the kennel. If you are planning on buying this, perhaps while your animal is a calf, I would suggest investing in a more expensive one for later.
