Review on πŸš— Enhanced VHF/UHF AnyTone Dual Band Mobile Vehicle Transceiver AT-5888UV with Advanced Transmitting Abilities by Jack Ford

Revainrating 5 out of 5

We love this radio and hope the review will help others. Thanks, we don't have small digital readout on mic showing channels

Nothing to say yet, brand new, I pray very much that this good radio works well, unlike the last one, not this radio but another from a different manufacturer here at Revain. It's a bit difficult for other customers when reading reviews, some say cables for programming and software are included, others don't, so from 9/2015 you have to buy cables and accessories separately, we bought cables separately from the radio here Revain. We think it's a good product, we use 2.0 software. Another customer review included a link to download the software. There is version 1.0 version 2.0. Here is the link to the programming cable http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00LNT8TOQ?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00. Anytone USB Programming Cable for At-5888UV Mobile Radio. And the face cable http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00LNXJRMU?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00. This is AnyTone Face Separation Cable for AT5888UV Mobile Radio. As of 9/2015, the chip's software works to program frequencies, but only frequencies. Factory software for final programming. The chip software is free, and the factory software can also be downloaded. Don't waste your money and buy the software like others say (RT etc). Other reviews here on Revain say waste of money, don't buy it if you can. Don't get the software for free or download it for free from the company, don't buy a radio that can). At the moment we really like this radio and we use it for medical purposes and it does its job really well. This button works very well for grandpa and some other old people. Transmits on channel A or B and features a large A and B switch to toggle. The only thing missing is a small digital readout on the microphone so you can see the channels. Maybe they will add it. Can anyone recommend a manufacturer? We are very happy with this radio it works we like this radio if anything changes we will update this update so far everything works very well nothing to say otherwise thumbs up good radio. Update so far this radio has worked, it works 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for the moment we have no problem receiving the broadcast without any problems. Bottom line the price of the radio is right for the radio, you could spend a little more money by buying Motorola instead of buying the famous brands that have better circuit boards and wiring but you are also paying a lot more money. If you're going to be using this radio for rescue and serious survival, I would definitely go with two radios. Various ABC class components and cables. quality together and so on - all of these will have different quality levels and production specifications. The US Coast Guard and other services use a much higher quality radio that is waterproof and can withstand much more salt water and aggressive weather conditions.

Pros
