Review on Sliding Fastener Shoelace Replacement Backpacks by Carol Miller

Towards the end of 2017 I ordered three packs of QTY Buttons (20). They arrived on time but there were quality issues. Some switches fell apart before arrival, were about to fall apart, or were missing components. After further investigation I concluded that this was due to small or possibly weak detents on the center pistons. In one case the tongue broke completely. It looks like 8 switches are affected. In another case, the main body of the switch was not fully molded (insufficient plastic). See attached photos. I would be interested to know how the supplier plans to address this quality issue. I'll see if I can get an additional switch pack to replace the faulty parts.
