Review on LapWorks Gripzilla Surface Tablets Neoprene by Justin Sherman

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Really fails. Ideal for teachers or professions that require a lot of note-taking.

I work as a Speech Therapist Assistant and I use my iPad Pro to take notes, present lessons and encourage learning with my students. I worked between three different schools and would be very mobile; I often work in 3 different areas in the same location on any given day depending on the structure of my session. I realized that some sort of wrist strap would be very convenient for my needs and the LapWorks Gripzilla fitted that perfectly. Remember I used it every day between work and home for 8+ hours every day of the week. It can constantly switch between landscape and portrait modes, detach from the base, put on and take off by hand, and stand on the surface for viewing. I am writing this a year after ordering it and it is only now beginning to wear out. The rubber-wrapped corner pieces tear a bit, and the plastic on the back where the strap itself is is starting to come loose and break a bit. , this durability can be improved. However, I understand that in my particular work and use, this becomes quite a beating. Perhaps the next generation of this product can withstand a few more abuses. I'm pretty sure the average iPad user can use it for years. I was so pleased I even bought a LapWorks iPad hand clip. It goes together perfectly and has turned my sofa into a work station when I attach the clip to the side table.
