I was hoping that the massage points would rotate and massage the area, but they just vibrate. The title says "Vibration" so one of those is my bad one. Needless to say, the thing is really good. The ability to choose the range, speed and the presence of a built in heating element really helps with stiffness, floating or back fatigue. It turns off automatically after 30 minutes, which is a nice safety feature but a little annoying if you want to keep using it. But generally not so much. The shipping process was great and the product works great.
