Same results as if I tried running it from the WD19's native HDMI port. Back to the DisplayLink adapter/driver until I can get my laptop and TB dock. I think I could try the usb2hdmi DisplayLink adapter but not at these prices. The cable and connectors feel solid, not cheap. I tested it with my Samsung S20+ and it immediately showed up as a DEX display with no issues other than complaining that it's not an official Samsung DEX dock. I leave the cable for DEX and other uses.
