I saw that it was rated "runs a size too small" so I did and the shoes not only didn't fit, my daughter didn't even fit in them. They are 2-3 sizes too small. My daughter was so disappointed and due to her inaccurate sizing I had to struggle to find shoes for my daughter for Easter and had to pay double to get them last minute because it was the ONLY item they had. Don't risk it, just buy something else that understands the size.
