Review on Databasix by Joseph Marshall

I have used this product in multiple departments of my agency so far; Fire EMS Operations Center has been using it since day 1, as well as our dispatchers' RST unit now utilizes DBX. Very user friendly software! It has allowed us access from anywhere at anytime! This saves countless hours when trying to track down missing documents or reports!! Nothing really bad about dbx other than its lack of support when they stopped offering their services directly through their website last year. They ended up having to pay extra fees whenever we needed anything done. If your looking for something that allows you to store all required paperwork pertaining to incidents quickly and easily then look no further. You will not be disappointed! I like that our organization can now be more efficient in keeping track of all employee files and reports. We also love how easy it was to use and navigate through our records. There were some minor bugs while using the application but they are quickly resolved when notified. We have nothing to dislike about this product. It has been great for our needs as it helps us to organize our records quickly and easily.
