When I got this tracker for my e-bike I couldn't get the app to work. But I missed some settings so I was unsatisfied and asked for a refund. Before I sent it back I wrote to the seller and received a message asking me to add the Wats app to find out, which I did. After I started speaking to them the tracker was now fully functional with the correct setting so I stopped the return and kept the item. You need a SIM card subscription that only costs $5 a month (better than any SIM card with a data plan) and a handy free app. Received quickly and the build quality is very good, withstands being dropped on the ground. It was the high level of support that made me buy another for my other bikes. I'd say buy this if you want to know where your stuff is. The tracker is so small that it fits in many objects. One of the best things I have for my bike.
