A child needs that! Anyone who tells you otherwise is wrong. The correct and effective way to apply diaper rash cream is to apply a thick layer, which is really difficult to do with your finger as it thins it out. It is logical to assume that this cream will be largely ineffective as it rubs against the diaper and does not form a barrier. THIS tool creates a barrier.
