Bought a few months ago after using the non-noise canceling version of the headset in one ear. I was impressed that the audio quality was very clear during the conference call. Anyway, I'm inclined to think you might need to turn up the mic volume as it's more low frequency biased than heavily boosted. Great for Zoom calls, at least you're not a participant who can't be heard because of a bad microphone. The noise-cancelling is "good," but it's not really a full noise-cancelling feature. It only reduces outside noise, but if you're in a noisy environment the best it can do is block out general conversational noise (but not baby cries).
