Great headgear! suitable for telephone accessories

I love Plantronics headsets. I use them every day, they have great sound quality and are lightweight. I wish they had lasted more than a few years but they are worth the money.

Cons
  • Empty

Great headset for the price

I've been using one of these for over a year and was happy with it so bought a second one. The sound quality is excellent, both incoming and outgoing. They become a bit uncomfortable after a few hours of use.

Pros
  • Great overall performance
Cons
  • Not the best

Ideal when you need quality sound and mic capabilities but need to be able to hear ambient noise and avoid noise cancellation. The old-school foam ear cups mean you can wear them for hours without causing any ear discomfort. Lightweight with a metal core on the headband for a highly customized fit.

Pros
  • a nice touch
Cons
  • Available in black only

mute and loud again and is uncomfortable for long periods of time

For me they are not very comfortable to wear for a long time. They have a bad habit of pinching and pinching while running after about two months of use. Customers often say that my sound is an echo or a robot, and that's unique to this headset. The second pair the company gave me, I bought this pair as the brand recommended the same issues both times. Not impressed

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Not automatic

Check what you get when you get this.

I ordered 20 Plantronics Blackwire C3220 USB-A headsets and they arrived a week before we were closing due to COVID 19 so the box was registered I pulled one out and it was right. As a result, the equipment has been standing still until now when we reopened the office and found that of the 20 headsets I ordered, 1 were USB A and 19 were USB C. By the time I realized this, the return/replacement window had expired. Support. Check the packaging when you receive it and don't just walk on the…

Good value for money, comfortable, excellent clarity

Bought a few months ago after using the non-noise canceling version of the headset in one ear. I was impressed that the audio quality was very clear during the conference call. Anyway, I'm inclined to think you might need to turn up the mic volume as it's more low frequency biased than heavily boosted. Great for Zoom calls, at least you're not a participant who can't be heard because of a bad microphone. The noise-cancelling is "good," but it's not really a full noise-cancelling feature. It…

Plantronics Blackwire C3220 Headset

I only use Plantronics Blackwire headsets. I know there are others that may or may not be better, but Plantronics works and I should be able to rely on that. The last pair (a higher-end model) had to be replaced when the ear cushions simply wore out. broken down to the point where they are comfortable to wear. I know the ear pads can be replaced but I decided to just try and find a cheap headset and buy a brand new one. It fit the bill and more than got the job done. Again, I can't compare…

Nice sound - Headsets

I originally had the C5220 but it stopped working so I bought it as a replacement until my replacement C5220 arrived. This headset looks rather modest. Anyway, here are my results from day one: Pros: Really clear listening experience Offers the listener clear sound Sturdy cable Strong grip and nice soft/rubberized headband Control clip. Foam stools are not very comfortable. While squeezing my big head too tight. The rubber band at the top can hurt if it's too tight, even though it's only 1 day…
