This protective gear is easy to put on and take off. Be careful though and make sure you put the knee pads on your knees and not on your elbows or vice versa. Also, sometimes the velcro sticks together and you have to pull them apart. Otherwise they are worth the money. They are durable and perfectly protect knees, elbows and hands.
