Fits my Lady Chi very well. The coat is of good quality and very cute. The outside is perfect for rain and snow and the lining is very warm and soft. Our little ones use them for both short walks and long hikes in rainy weather in Seattle and snowy New England - yes, our Chihuahuas. The shape is best suited for medium or round dogs. If your dog is very muscular and fit this coat may not fit you as the coat does not have enough velcro to fit snugly to your dog's body. Another disadvantage is that the leash lock cannot be used when your dogs are wearing a harness. It would be better if there was a slit in the back of the fur coat, which would be covered with a fabric valve to protect against water. Overall RC Pet Products are great and we continue to buy them for our furry babies.
