I think the best thing about this software program has to be how easy it was for my organization to implement in less than 30 days! Our CFO loved being able to see all of our employees' individual financials (salaries and other benefits) at one glance. The only drawback we had with Salsbury's system is that there were some reports or sections missing from within several departments, which meant it took more time getting those completed and finalized before they could get published. We solved the problem by building out our own Excel-based reporting system as a workaround, but not everyone will have such advanced programs available readily. This saved us so much money because we didn't have to hire additional staff members who would otherwise need to keep track of payroll records manually. I enjoyed working with the team at Salbury. They were very helpful in providing me with resources for my transition into HR. The process was thorough and easy to navigate. There wasn't anything I disliked about the experience. If you are looking for an HR firm that will help guide you through your career transition, this is the place! They helped me understand how my skills could be used within their organization and provided opportunities for professional growth.
