I was seduced by the delightful review of materials and workmanship. HOWEVER, someone needs to learn how to create a wallet in this pocket popup. In short, the little eyelets on the straps do all the hard work and after less than a month of use, the straps on the buckle side of the eyelet failed. Repair or not? I don't think so, for several other disappointing reasons. The inner pocket is too small for practical use and the small outer pocket is too small for everything (well, I used it for my parking ticket). Additionally, the odd union of body and lining created a depressing state of spare external pockets - no. Even stranger, the leather is clearly strapped and not the type commonly used on fashion handbags and purses. The hardware finish is reminiscent of the 2008 finish used on retail designer bags, eliminating repair/replacement options for faulty straps. Expectations were high and the color is delightfully neutral. Unfortunately a huge waste of money (return only possible in new condition and unused). Shame, shame, shame!
