So far I've only used it for short commutes to work and it has worked well for that. I bought this primarily for the inner beverage pocket to hold my empty travel mug upright until I wash it at home. The holder fits my mug and water bottle perfectly. Love all the security features and the bag is really well made. Very thoughtful design. Cons: The fabric is very stiff and the bag feels stiff. Not a nice bag. Clamps are difficult to use if you have arthritis or grip problems. I would like the bottom of the bag to have legs to keep the bag upright when you lower it (perhaps a little more could be added but it takes some effort due to the nature of the fabric). I think it would be great for travel. Accessing your stuff with clips enabled will (by design!) be a chore, so give yourself time for this fight as you pass the checkpoints. Overall a really great compact bag.
