The reason is that I'm an idiot and couldn't find a seam to open the shoe cover. It was a friend who looked at her and understood. The company sent me a personal apology letter and receipt to give me a full refund. These are good shoe covers and I will not be going back. The check is torn out. I apologize for the bad rating.
