This is just perfect. It's very refined and delicate, which I prefer. It is as smooth and polished as in the photo. There was a similar item from another seller that you can see looks a bit rough around the ball. I wanted to avoid possible annoyances and chose this one. I've received several compliments on it. Doesn't irritate the nose. Some relatives can be annoying. A few tips: Insertion is easier if you bend a little and insert the smooth end into the nostril. Much better than pushing the ball from the outside. It is 20G. This is the thinnest gauge you will ever see in a nose piercing. Any thinner would be too brittle, especially real gold.
