This mattress topper offers good value for money. I love the deep pockets on it that go all the way around my queen 3 inch memory foam topper bed and still go all the way around the corners and under the mattress! The side pockets are made of soft "silk" fabric, while the top layer, which adheres to the entire top of the mattress and also folds slightly under the edges, is made of soft, waterproof cotton terry. The reason I took off a star was because it gets tangled in places and you can see it with the fitted sheet on top! It is machine washable and I have washed it several times and also tumble dried it and it has kept the same shape and size without affecting its quality. If you wash it in the washing machine and take it out; Being waterproof it leaves quite a bit of water on it and I have to spin only this one in the wash to squeeze out more water before putting it in the dryer. Otherwise it dries forever (I found that out on the first wash).
