So far so good. It started immediately and followed the temperature I set. However, there were never any instructions. So I had to search for them and the one I found wasn't very clear so I ended up having to do some trial and error to figure out how it works. So I'll share what I found works: Hold down the down arrow for about 5 seconds and you should see a new number. You have to work fast, but you can use the up and down arrows to set the low temperature, here the output will turn off, once set it will flash, then return to displaying the temperature. Then press and hold the up arrow for 5 seconds. This will now set the cut-in temperature after your minimum temperature has been turned off. It should then run until it reaches your minimum temperature, turn itself off, and then turn on again when it reaches your maximum temperature. Hope this helps clear up some confusion!
