This 345 ($26) broke down after two months while still under warranty. They decide to replace it with the smaller 320 ($22). Why not upgrade to the next model up when the 345 is no longer for sale? The 320 has the worst mouse and keyboard without a palm rest. Why buy cheap when your product doesn't work. It took the less than excellent customer service nearly three weeks to resolve the issue and figure out how to return/replace the product. Finally, the serial number was behind the battery cover.
