Better than nothing.
You get what you pay for. I bought a Kinetic Bike Trainer and decided to save a few bucks by purchasing this item instead of the Kinetic model. It's a bit flimsy and the tire clearance is too big for my 700x25 tire because it's made for other sizes. The Kinetic model has different slots for different tire sizes.
