Stylish and efficient

If you're looking for a layered jacket with a cold-weather shell, this is it. I bought it for a trip to South Dakota in winter where the average temperature is 10-20 degrees as of December 2020. As a native of Louisiana, I don't think I would be very happy without this thing. Wear anywhere between 3-4 layers to stay warm. The fit is very good. I'm 5ft 7" and 160lbs and it fits slightly larger if you wear it with just a shirt underneath but is perfect for layering. Fits perfectly over all my other layers with no restrictions on movement. I have short arms so it covers my palm a bit, but this problem is solved by simply using velcro or layers underneath. Works great as a raincoat, but Louisiana gets pretty stuffy and muggy when it rains, so I get a little hot. It's definitely made for colder conditions, so really consider something more subtle if you're just looking for water resistance. Feel and look great. I like it inside, cozy and spacious at the same time. Will not suffocate your hands or anything with excessive lining. The left collar tends to curl up from time to time when the zip is unzipped, but you'll probably want that part zipped up anyway. Overall, this is one of the most stylish and eye-catching coats you can't get at this price point. If you are not in your cold climate and you are going to travel somewhere, this is a must-have for you.
