Review on ☕️ Cuisinart Stainless Steel Thermal Carafe in Black - DTC-975TC12BSS by Jeff Hill

We have a coffee maker and this carafe advertised here on Revain comes with the coffee maker. The carafe keeps the coffee hot for quite a long time, so when I make coffee again in the morning, the leftover coffee from yesterday is still quite hot. I buy an extra carafe because I plan that many companies will come over the holidays and I will continue to make coffee in the evenings - we all drink coffee :). This is a stainless steel carafe - not glass. For daily cleaning, I rinse the carafe out with hot water instead of adding soap and run the risk of leaving soap scum when brewing a fresh pot. I do the cleaning once a week. I use some hot water dish soap in the carafe and let it soak in the carafe for about an hour. This loosens the coffee build up and I use a bottle brush to clean the rest of the inside. When I'm done, the inside of the carafe will look brand new. I hand wash the lid too, but put it on the top rack of the dishwasher when I'm lazy. Just note that if you tip it, it will pour! If you have this coffee maker, you should also get a permanent coffee filter if you make a lot of coffee - you'll save a lot of trees and money over the life of the coffee maker.
