Great platform for remote companies and teams
I like that we can have one place where our customers are able to reach us easily at any time of day or night from anywhere in the world! It's also convenient because it allows me (or my team) to be available 24/7 which makes life easier when you're working remotely.
The only thing about this software that could use improvement would be its interface; however everything else has been great so far! We've had some challenges getting started but once things got going they were well worth their weight in gold!
Pros
- This was huge benefit over Skype / Teamspeak.The ability t make calls using phone numbers instead if just email addresses saves hours every week having all teams dial into meeting together each morning before beginning productive business activity.
