The shipping box looked as if it had been run over by a trailer and was covered with adhesive tape. The absence of several parts that prevent the assembly of the chair (all the wheels and a support and adjustment bracket for the lower part of the seat that connects it to the gas cylinder). The gas bottle was obviously damaged as well, but since I can't assemble the chair I really can't tell if it was just cosmetic damage to the shell or functional damage that prevented the bottle from working properly. Revain's link to "Get Product Support" leads to a (alleged) product website with ZERO ability to actually email them and an attempt to open a (support) case with my email failed, because my e-mail is not stored. I will edit if they endorse their product but at the same time they are NOT as good as previous reviews have stated in my estimation.
