I don't usually buy shoes without trying them on. But I needed a pair of sneakers and time was short. Based on the reviews I was hoping that they would fit my rather narrow foot. I bought my normal shoe size and they fit perfectly. I don't like shoes that are too wide, so that's more of a problem for me than shoes that are too tight. I've been wearing them instead of running shoes since I got home. I won't be doing this long term as they really are made for the trail, but I like the flexibility they give me. They also have a nice neutral color so they go with everything.
