I don't like water at all. I can add packets of Crystal Light or Mio to make it taste better, but then the bottle usually takes on a faint taste of the previous flavors. This bottle is a game changer! I have decided that I need to start drinking water and this is the way to do it! Taking small sips every hour is no problem. I drink 64 ounces of water every day and it's easy. The spout also allows for quick water exit. I also like that it has a lockable lid. I bought the blue color and it's amazing!
