Specifications are slightly wider, 26AWG wire and a very comfortable overall diameter.
I don't have an 8K device to test yet, but it seems fine with my 4K monitor. While it by no means feels flimsy or cheap to me, the cable is narrower than I expected. I bought it because it has 26AWG wire - a bit beefed up compared to a typical 28AWG, but its diameter is about half the diameter of a 25ft 4K Blue Rigger HDMI 2.0 that I use for my TV/monitor. Perhaps the discrepancy is due to length and/or insulation, but if cable routing limitations are an issue at all, I'd say this cable is probably the best solution.
