The system works well with my team members who are active in their communities as I am not always available when they need me! It's easy enough that even someone without much experience can use it effectively if given proper training by an experienced user (like myself). There isn't anything really bad about this program - there could be some minor changes made here or there but nothing major at all so far!! We're able get our clients involved into referrals from other businesses within different industries which has been great because we've gotten more work since implementing referrall.
