I liked the price and quality of this bag and the water resistance. I've only ridden in light rain so I don't know how it will hold up in a big storm, but so far so good. It's easy to install, but be aware that the strap closest to the seat back can slide out from under the seat if nothing is holding it. My seat has a rubber stop and I had to hold the seat belt in front of it. I can say yes it stretches enough for a full face helmet. It stays secure at triple digit freeway speeds, be careful not to lean on it as this could cause the 2nd strap to slip out from under the seat. The only downside is that it gets higher, so you need to be prepared for that when getting on or off the bike.
