I think my title speaks for itself. I bought a pistol for the date - so 8 characters are usually enough. This weapon COOKS 8 characters; however, the last column does NOT allow it to be a digit. So it could be a weapon for the date if you don't beat December 9th. If I want to specify December 15, 2020 I can't set it to 12/15/20 because I'm limited to 7 characters plus the predefined word. Of course I'll be back. I needed this for a project this week and now my poor coworkers are getting carpal tunnel syndrome by hand stamping 2,000 blank labels. Sigh. AMAZON - You really need to test your products better. Is that why you pay your product managers a lot of money? Someone should be responsible for the features listed in your products. It's not the first time I've had to return due to quality or misrepresentation. Sigh!
