Bought several pairs of swim trunks for my nephews. They live in the water. These are bright and colourful. I would have liked the waist to be a little more elastic. I had to buy 18 for my 8 year old husky nephew because 14-16 is too tight in the waist. So the shorts are a bit longer but fit at the waist for a size 18. I wish matching swim tops were also a size 18. I had to buy swim shorts from a different company rash guard because I needed a larger size. These are well-made swim shorts and tops. Good price.
