The best thing about this mini air conditioner is that it easily fits on your bedside table. It has a carrying handle, but the device is so compact that I don't really see why it needs a handle (other than maybe to prevent water from splashing out when you're carrying it). Instructions are given in 5 languages, English is listed first although I think this is a translation from another language. For example, what I would call "openings" are marked as "wind guides". I was hoping that if there was a power outage the battery would drain for emergency cooling, but that requires power. It's quiet and spits out cool air (for one person), but I wouldn't recommend it for kids or pets. I like it when other people in my house keep the temperature higher than me.
