Ordered 8mm length and received 6mm. It was just before the holidays and the only thing they would do to fix it was get me to send them back. When they said I was going on vacation they said they could refund the money and send it back when you come back. I think it would have worked but I needed a smaller gem to leave on and most female threaded jewelry is universal no not this one so I couldn't even just use gem tops with one of my 8mm pins that I already have. Had to wear the 6mm during the day (uncomfortable, too tight) then when I got back to the cabin for the night I had to switch to one of my 10mm due to the swelling from wearing the 6mm all day. I couldn't return them when I got back from vacation because I lost one of the most beautiful gemstones. Waste of money and terrible customer service given the situation.
