Questions to all and to the seller. Received and installed a week ago, notes the following: at first it was not possible to break the remote unit. (Hard press 1, 2 or 3 times to get the answer). Second, the distance is very limited, the driver is pushed against the tailgate in the van, some work, some don't. If the remote control doesn't work, does it work manually? Aside from the above, everything else is great.
