Don't get me wrong. The shift knob itself is pretty cool. Definitely good quality and the light weight is perfect in my opinion. (I'm not a fan of weighted werewolves. Just personal preference). So the shift knob itself checks all my ticks. BUT, cheap little plastic adapters are rubbish... The plastic adapter I used for my application broke after a few hard pulls. It's still holding up, but is a little wobbly. I mean based on the pictures I shouldn't have expected much as all the pictures have this installed on automatic transmission vehicles so I don't think they were expecting a lot of traffic. But you have an idea of how big this shift knob is, there's a lot of leverage on that flimsy plastic adapter. I think higher quality material could have been used. I am digressing from the actual product you are paying for. Conclusion - shift knob: GOOD Plastic adapter: GARBAGE
