This brand is the only grain free food I know that will help my dog's itchiness. I don't know if it's brown rice or lamb (although I sometimes taste chicken) or avocado, but whatever, it works. And my little guy needs a small breed size; he doesn't eat big chunks. This stuff doesn't have a strong odor that would make him swallow it, so I sliced meat and roasted vegetables (human food), but it crunches the combination with pleasure. Notably, this is a grain-free brand that hasn't received reports of sick and dead dogs and the recalls that have plagued other brands. It's not cheap, but I think it's worth getting him to stop chewing on himself.
