When I received the package and opened it, the box was badly damaged, torn and broken. The shoes were not damaged, but upon examination the boot (in the area of the front toe of the shoe) was crumpled, as if it had been unprofessionally glued. My first purchase here that I am not happy with. And I buy a lot of shoes here. This is the first time I'm not happy with what I got. AND THEY WERE FOR MY BIRTHDAY!
