Review on Miles & Stockbridge by Adam French

We have been working with Miles & Stockbridge for many years now and we always receive great service. They have provided excellent customer service which has helped us keep our insurance costs low and always available when needed! As of recently they are not doing some simple things such as getting paid invoices out in good time which was important in my personal case because I was working through an issue and needed timely notification of the resolution of that matter. So far it is good. Make sure you feel comfortable before signing up. Sometimes I think the staff in these larger firms just do what comes most naturally but still give the right level of service that is provided. Miles' service was very fast and effective. They were able to secure an out of state license for us quickly and helped create our company's website, which had been previously created by someone else. I would highly recommend Miles. The only thing we disliked about the process was that it took several weeks to finalize. It took time to get all the necessary documents together, have them reviewed and then signed. We were approved in less than a month after submitting our documents.
