Review on 40-Piece DIY Hair Styling Rollers: Soft Foam Pillow Hair Curler Set (Color Set 1) by Shakira Anderson

After receiving and using them I went back and read some negative reviews which disappointed me a lot. I used foam rollers as a kid and I remember the curls coming out. These are very similar to those. A very old fashioned type of curler that I was looking for. Very cute and easy to use for kids. Came in a vacuum pack but I have no complaints about that. They are foamy and quickly recover their shape after opening. My curlers also didn't have a "strong chemical smell," as other reviewers have noted. The only complaint I have is that these curlers are 40 which is probably too much for a small child so I'm curious as to why they don't come with multiple sizes. As a kid, my foam rollers came in at least 3 different sizes. However, I've seen people use scraps of material or rags as curlers, so I think it's very similar to that. It is much lighter than rags due to the metal inside. I tied them in a knot instead of twisting them. They worked very well and looked very cute on the child they were bought for.
