Poor quality, you get what you pay for
Installation cannot be completed due to missing parts. Other cons that I noticed when I had this product: - The metal is very soft and bends easily when the screws are tightened - A light touch will cause the TV to spin too easily and quickly. The mount is on a fragile piece of metal. - The stand is not vertical after installing the TV due to the weight. - The screw that tilts the TV down is not strong enough for a heavy TV. I have returned this product.
